Workshop 2 – Programming 101 –
Progressions & Regressions to optimise the training process – Duration – 60 mins .
This workshop will be via Zoom, 29th June @ 1pm with Head of Performance for Matchroom Boxing and Strength & Conditioning coach Dan Lawrence – @Perform365 . “Programming is something I’m passionate about and believe it can play a big role in reaching positive performance outcomes, equally improper programming can be detrimental to the client/ athlete. Coaches of all experience welcome, everything will be broken down in simplistic terms with one or ten analogies thrown in for good measure”.
