This session is all about “mobility”. We delve into the difference between ‘flexibility’ & ‘mobility’ and how to build a bridge safely and effectively to move well in everything you do. We look at how mobility improves performance and increases resilience to injury. This workshop pursues optimal mobility performance (good mover) and being robust in motion (strong mover). The areas of the body in which are covered are foot, ankle, hip, S.I joints in the thoracic and cervical spine.
