Our Cycling course is for instructors and personal trainers wishing to acquire knowledge about how to program and deliver effective and fun cycle trainings to your client’s personal training session or even on group classes.
This course will show you the benefits regarding Indoor Cycling:
Low-impact activity that clients easily recover from.
Cardiovascular: keep your heart rate well within a range for approximately 45-60 minutes.
